HARDSHIP LETTER

The Hardship Letter should:

  •   Describe the reasons that caused you to have difficulty makingyour mortgage payments
  •   Identify when the hardship began
  •   Identify when the hardship ended (or when you expect it to end)
  •   Indicate if the hardship is temporary or permanent
  •   Be specificAll borrowers must sign and date the letter

IRS FORM 4506-T (Borrower)

  • All borrowers must sign and date

DODD-FRANK CERTIFICATION

All borrowers must:

  • Sign and date the form
  • Enter their Social Security Number
  • Enter their date of birth

GOVERNMENT MONITORING DATA

BORROWER AUTHORIZATION

  • Include loan number and property address of subject property
  • Include name of company/firm and/or people representing the borrower
  • All borrowers must sign and date
